Loader Damper – It mainly works as buffering function for the bucket, to avoid materials to slip out from the bucket.

E4 lamp – It is lamp which have E4 logo, could meet Europe relation rules.

One more hydraulic line – ER2500 standard is four hydraulic line, for lift/down the arm, tipping the bucket, boom extend and in, quick hitch. Could add one more hydraulic line on front, for special attachments.

telecontroller diesel air heater – It is upgraded of diesel heater, could remote control. In cold winter, could remote turn on the heater to warm the cabin firstly before drive the loader for work.

High shear forces from planetary axle
The drive via the planetary axle will increase the wheel and thereby’s torque, then will improves the shear force. As the optimal ratio between the shear force and machine capacity, could work flexibly and economically at the same time.

Sturdy telescopic arm
The telescopic boom are sturdy and stable. The parallel motion works hydraulically. All important hydraulic lines are inside, protected by external influences. The telescopic boom for Everun telescopic loader combines the advantages of the articulated loader and the telehandler. High overhead loading heights are not a problem.

Quick hitch
Thanks to the hydraulic quick hitch, attachments can be easily and conveniently change. In this way, your machine is again ready for application at once. This increase productivity and profitability. Shorter hydraulic hose
Everun machines have shorter hydraulic hose; the hoses are split in several places. If need change a hydraulic hose, it is no need to change the entire hose in the hydraulic circuit, but rather just the affected part. This speeds up work enormously and saves money.

Brake-inch pedal
The hydrostatic all-wheel drive is combined with the brake pedal for Everun machines. It is inching funtion, this makes it possible to crawl until the travelling operation comes to a standstill. With the partially depressed brake-inch pedal , you can drive slowly in crawl speed at full engine speed precisely to the millimetre and at the same time lift quickly. If the pedal be pressed further, the loader will be braked. The advantage of the brake-inch pedal lies in the optimal power-output distribution of the engine rated power. In addition, it is not possible to stall the machine.

New exhaust emission standard level Ⅴ – new engine technology
We at EVERUN have already successfully completed stages I to IIIA for pollutant reduction in recent years. However, new, more strict thresholds are waiting in stages IV and Ⅴ(tier 4 and tier 5 ) to be met. However, since we would like to adapt our machines to the changed legal situation and also want to continue to develop our machines, we have put a great deal of development work and expertise into the new machine types.

ER2500 is a telescopic loader with 2.5 ton loading capacity, can be equipped with various attachments widely use in agriculture and construction for multiple works, such as shoveling, grabbing grass, snow removal, carry, etc. The telescopic boom lifting height can be reached to 5315 mm. We had a chance to try out the Everun ER2500 telescopic loader with a 10′ pusher in about a foot of heavy wet snow. The machine was very impressive. Plenty of power from the Cummins engine, the transmission shifted smoothly at the push of a button. Couldn’t put enough snow in front of it to stop it. It’s really good helper.
