A:We are a manufacturer of wheel loader, excavator, forklift and electric warehouse machines for 150+ countries for 16 years up now.  

Q2:What payment terms would you accept? 

A:Usually we accept 30% T/T in advance, the rest against copy of bill of loading and loading pictures. The payment terms are still flexible. IF you have any needs please feel free to contact us. 

Q3:How long does it usually take for me to receive my own machines? 

A:The standard configuration also 25-35 days. And also depending on your quantity, configuration your choose and engine. 

Q4:What kind terms of delivery you accept? 

A:Most of the time we use FOB, CIF. But also EXW, DDP, DDU and so on. 

Q5:Do you accept me sell your machines in our local as your dealer?

Q6:Can your machines be customized to belong to colors and configurations?

A:Yes, all of our machine we will test it when we send to our customers. 

Q9:I would like to order some special attachments which not in the quotation, can you make them? 

A:Sure, we have attachment engineer team. They can design the attachments what you need. Make drawings based on your needs and test for feasibility based on flow rate. 

Q10:What is the minimum ordering quantity? 

A:For sample order 1 units is possible. 

Q11:Does your machine meet our local emission standards? 

A:For engine, we have EPA4 and Euro5 engine for your choose. All of our machines are CE certified.

A:We have a dedicated R&D team and new machines are created every year.
